Wyoming

Authors note: I wrote this on my families day trip to Wyoming.  Watch as I try to fianlly complete my goal to have great word fluency.

What a boring red rock state Wyoming is.  During my trip all I could think of is how boring it must be to live there.  The middle of nowhere is where we drove about 45 miles into the state.  And all of the sudden there was this humongous rock!!!!  The rock is called Devils Tower.  It is a big chunk of rock with lots of trails surrounding the humongous piece of stone..  It was the first national monument ever created. Devils Tower is like the Eiffel tower in height.  People were even climbing it!!!! Wyoming was fun for the whole family and we all loved it.

The Crash of 32”

Author's Note: I wrote this piece to encourage readers that there always is a chance of survival. Watch for me to use good word choice.

A flight leaving from Milwaukee to Brazil couldn’t have gone any better. The flight was delayed 6 hours and there was a bunch of snow on the runway. As they took off they noticed that the plane was very cold and many people were shivering. Three hours in flight a loud screeching sound came from the back of the plane. Pilots said that we were in the Bermuda triangle and don't worry just affects. Before I knew it we were close to the water and everyone was praying bur it was too late too late. Flight 3456 was never able to call in there emergency and it is still unknown where they are.

When they landed passengers got in the rafts but two teens decided to stay in the plane and gather survival materials including water, knives and such. They were able to make a small raft from seat cushions and the turbine that was up out of the water at the time. This was a small raft and half of the weight was gas that they relied on to get to shore. Will they make it??? To be continued.

A Perfect Arizona Day

Author's Note: I wrote this fee verse poem the other day watch for good fluency.

The early morning wake up call

You put those clothes on on that beautiful 60 degree sunny morning

The starter calls your name

You see the fairway and then you see the palm trees on the left and the pond on the right

Hit that straight drive and make that long putt.

What a perfect day.

The Chip That Made a Roar

Author’s Note: I wrote this short piece on Tiger Woods marvelous win at the 2005 masters. Watch as I try to encourage the reader to stay focused with dialogue.

“Hole 16 at Augusta. Medium length, par 3, playing downwind today. Dimarco on the tee, one shot down to Tiger. And that’s a great shot and then Tiger comes up and pulls his shot on the left side of the green. "Here it comes ... Oh, my goodness! ... OH, MY! IN YOUR LIFE, have you seen anything like that?!” said from Verne Lundquist. Augusta had never been as loud before.

A fourth green jacket and $1.26 million came in Tigers favor. The Masters is the most prestigious golf tournament like the Kentucky Derby in horse racing. A chip shot that barely rolled in on Augusta’s beautiful greens. The Masters, The Kentucky Derby, The World Series, and The Super bowl main sports most prestigious events.
