Do you Believe?
Just picture that perfect place, where nothing hurts, you’re never old.  Todd Burpo wrote, Heaven is for Real, to tell readers that there is a place such as.  In this novel Burpo made the readers  be able to believe in Heaven with a true story and facts to back him up.

As many people may think that Heaven is just a story tale or a place that is made up.  According to fox news, 85% of people in America believe in Heaven. One movie have included Heaven in them such as, Field of Dreams.  In Field of Dreams the baseball field is considered as Heaven while it is in the middle of a cornfield in Iowa.  According to Burpo there is a place, and his son was able to sit at the throne of god and come back to tell all who read.

In the story, The Shack, they talk about how a father’s daughter is abducted in a shack and he receives a letter from god saying to meet him and his daughter in that shack.  Although this was a fiction story this could happen in real life.  As seen in the Bible the lord comes down many of times to communicate with the people.  Burpo stated realistic story’s about his son’s journey to the land above.  Such as when Colton ( Burpo's son) came back down to tell readers there is a place such as.

As a Lutheran I believe in Heaven as most do.  In my life many people have died and I would just hope eventually I would be able to see them again.  For many people I know they have lost close ones and could only hope to see them again.  In the story Burpo’s son was able to see his great grandpa in Heaven.  According to Burpo’s son your dreams come true when you are in Heaven.  When life moves on you get older and start losing talents you had when you were younger.  In Heaven no one’s old and you all have wings based on how long you’ve been there.  How perfect would that be?

Heaven is for Real tought me a lesson on how Heaven is real.  With a 4 year old child explaining what happened that very day Tood Burpo couldn’t have don e a better job.  The novel included a true story and facts; kept readers able to believe in Heaven.

Rainy Days

Author's Note~ In this literature analysis essay read as i will explain how Ray Bradbury tells the challenge of dealing with bullies.

The short story, All Summer in a Day, by Ray Bradbury talks about sadness and bulling of young children. Bradbury was able to connect to the readers mind as well. In effect, the author was able to take control of the readers mind and refer it to what some young children face today.

As many children face: bullies can be there greatest enemies. Long days of being bullied occur around all areas of the world; will remain to be for a while. In the story a group of students believe that Margot (main character) was locked in a closet because she said she has seen the sun before. On Venus the sun comes out for an hour every 7 years and Margot was going to miss the sun and be unable to see t for a torturing seven more years. Unfortunate events like this happen; Bradbury was able to explain the topic with realistic insight.

Bullying in some areas can be worse than others. As example the bullying in Pewaukee isn’t as bad as in the inner city of Milwaukee because we are wealthier and have homes in safe areas. In relation to the book Margot lived a normal life as a normal girl on earth. As she moved to Venus she became different and a target for kids to pick on her. Bradbury was able to make is so realistic readers may have thought that: it’s life and you have to deal with it.

The mourning Margot had to go through was most likely unreal, because if you had to see a little bit of sunshine every 7 years you would do your best to see it. In life the loss of someone, or an extreme amount of pain would equal up to the mourning of this event for Margot. During my life I have been lucky that no one has really died close to me yet, but eventually I will. As you mourn your strength will keep you in there. Bradbury was able to state that in this short story.

The mourn and bullies of children in this book were described realistically. As Bradbury connected to readers minds, he took control of your mind: in effect he was able to publish a great piece of literature.
